Home cooked food and sociable mealtimes are an important part of life at St George’s. Whether it’s paella and curries in the garden, fish and chip Fridays, or sweet treats, our chefs take pride in the mouthwatering menus that they create for our residents…
Cornwall is blessed with some wonderful fresh produce. From high quality seafood to rich clotted cream, we have a wealth of incredible ingredients with which to work. In fact, many of our seasonal vegetables are homegrown at a nearby allotment and served within hours of harvest.
Family-style mealtimes are central to the rhythm of life at St George’s, and we’re lucky to have talented chefs who make colourful, nutritious and delicious food part of everyday life. Our recently refurbished dining room is a wonderful space to gather together, as is our outdoor BBQ area in the warmer months. Maintaining important social connections, enjoying one another’s company and having fun around the dining table are just some of the many reasons families choose us to care for their loved ones.
