We’re in the height of winter here at St George’s. It has been a cold January, but our residents are all snuggled in and warm...
A former church rectory, St George’s overlooks the gorgeous Victoria Gardens in Truro. With smooth, wide paths, exotic trees and winter-flowering shrubs, this time of year is magical in its own special way. Watching from our cosy vantage point, we always enjoy the view as winter mellows into spring and a carpet of bulbs bursts into bloom.

Celebrating winters past in Truro

We don’t often get snow in Truro, but last January delivered a glorious carpet of white that sparkled in the sunshine. The frosted garden was a beautiful sight, and our bird feeders were busy as we watched from the warmth of our armchairs.

We love our special location, elegant architecture and beautiful gardens in the heart of Truro. To pop in for a tour and a cup of tea, contact our team on 01872 272554.
